Bens Curtains specializes in providing top-quality window curtains and window furniture solutions for both residential and commercial customers. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and custom orders.

- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.

- Train and mentor new sales associates, ensuring high team performance.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

- Proven 3-year experience in retail sales, preferably in curtains, blinds, or home furnishings.

- Previous 2-year supervisory or team leadership experience.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Basic knowledge of interior design and window treatments is a plus.

- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin, additional language skills are an advantage.
