- Open and close the shop, manage banking tasks, and oversee retail facility operations
- Proactively merchandise the retail centre, restocking to increase sales and meet set objectives
- Provide a professional and values-based customer service and be an active team member leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise and provide support to volunteers and staff, including induction, training, and ongoing development.
- Achieve retail centre targets, including customer satisfaction, sales, expense control, and other KPIs
- Review retail reports and implement strategies to improve store achievements and financial performance
- Perform other duties as required by your manager to support the broader retail function
If you are an experienced Retail Manager looking for your next opportunity and have a passion for sustainable shopping and the thrill of the find, we’d love to hear from you.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. However, flexibility to work weekends may be required depending on operational needs.

- Relevant Tertiary or TAFE Qualification in Retail Operations or Business Management or equivalent industry experience
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- An eye for sustainable fashion and repurposing with purpose – ensuring our customers find their next hidden treasure
- A passion for making a difference and supporting our companions to shop in a welcoming environment
- An appreciation for our volunteers and the role they play in supporting our retail operations
- A collaborative leadership style and an understanding that our people are our greatest asset
