About the Role

In this role, you'll join a supportive, collaborative team caring for up to 30 children aged 4–6 years. You'll lead engaging group times, contribute to intentional programming and documentation, and support children through their learning journey with empathy and professionalism.

This position is fulltime working Monday to Friday 38 hours per week, across a rotating roster of 7am-6.30pm

We’re looking for someone who has:

Experience working with preschool-aged children (3–5 years)

Strong knowledge of the EYLF, documentation, and planning

Confidence in leading group times and guiding behaviours

Excellent communication skills with families and colleagues

A current WWCC, First Aid & CPR certification
