RM Group is seeking 6 x FIFO Mechanical Fitters to work on a mine based in Central Queensland. The roster will be 7 days a week, 12-hour days, 2:1 roster, assembling mechanical equipment and connecting pipework up to 4inch dia. Flights, Accommodation and meals provided.
Paying an hourly rate of $77p/h flat rate + super, plus an additional $110 per day allowance for working away, totals to (approx $1034 per day, $7,238 per week gross) with ongoing projects.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Experience in assembling mechanical equipment and fabrication work
- Experience in connecting pipework,
- Coal Board Medical (or willing to undergo a medical)
- Standard 11
- EWP
- High Risk Work License (advantageous)
- Working at Heights
- Confined space
- Certificate III Mechanical Trade
- White Card
