Offshore Mining & Civil (OMC) is on the lookout for experienced Truck Fitters to join our growing team across multiple sites in the Pilbara, Goldfields, and Southwest regions of WA.

OMC is a proudly WA-based, family-owned mining contractor delivering specialist mobile maintenance and equipment support services to the mining, civil, and construction sectors across Western Australia. With multiple long-term projects underway, we are seeking qualified and experienced Truck Fitters to support our continued growth.

What We Offer

Choice of field service vehicle – Hilux or Landcruiser

Hourly rate: $68–$75 (depending on experience)

Variety of available roster options

12-hour shifts with super paid on all hours

Pathway to permanent employment after 4–6 months

Interstate travel or relocation Assistance

To be successful, you’ll need:

Australian working rights

Nationally accredited Trade Certificate (Heavy Vehicle Road Transport or Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology)

Current and valid Driver’s Licence

Recent National Police Clearance

Own adequate tools of the trade

Solid experience working with Kenworth, Mack, Volvo, Mercedes, and Scania trucks

Ability to meet site medical and D&A testing requirements

A strong safety mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team

A proactive, can-do attitude
