We’re partnering with a large government-backed organisation that provides essential services to workers and employers across Queensland. As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers navigating challenging circumstances—providing professional, empathetic support that makes a real difference.

About the Role
You’ll join a busy contact centre team handling inbound queries from injured workers and employers. This is a fast-paced, process-driven environment where strong communication and time management are key.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to inbound enquiries on policies, premiums, and claims
• Following structured procedures to resolve or escalate queries
• Accurately calculating premiums and processing customer requests
• Logging interactions and maintaining compliant records
• Delivering consistent, compassionate customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in contact centre, customer service, or fast-paced retail environments
• Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills
• A process-focused mindset and ability to work at pace
• Medical reception, banking, or admin backgrounds also highly regarded
