About this role
We are seeking a motivated Scheduler to join our team of five office based staff. You will work with Simpro job management software (training provided) and assist with a variety of regular office duties and special projects. If you have experience, or ideas to share, we love learning new stuff!
What We Are Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, but also thrives in a team orientated setting and enjoys a varied workday. You should be passionate about delivering excellent scheduling support to our team and our clients. While prior experience in a service industry is a plus, it is not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for helping people and your willingness to learn and grow. Your role requires:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office experience
Simpro experience, or willingness to learn
Coordination of five field service technicians
Experience in word processing and data entry
Analysing and validating information, in order to maintain accurate records in our client database
Booking travel and accommodation.
Providing reception support and direction of calls
