We are currently seeking a Funeral Consultant/All Rounder to join our dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who finds purpose in supporting others through one of life’s most significant moments.

About the Role:

As a Funeral Consultant/All Rounder, you’ll play a vital role in guiding families through the funeral planning process with empathy and professionalism. You’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Meeting with families to arrange and coordinate funeral services

Conducting and assisting at services held in various locations (churches, chapels, cemeteries, sporting clubs, etc.)

Driving hearses and mourning vehicles as required

Cleaning of vehicles

Supporting the dignified care of the deceased, including respectful handling and dressing.

This role requires a calm and respectful presence, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to support people during their time of need.

What We’re Looking For:

A compassionate and professional approach alongside excellent listening skills and time management

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation

A current full driver's licence

The ability to work flexibly, including some weekends if required

A sound understanding of basic computer skills, including email, document handling, and data entry.

Comfortable with the physical aspects of supporting burial services, including carrying and lowering coffins with care and respect.

Previous experience in the funeral industry is valued but not essential – full training will be provided to the right candidate
