About the role

Join Alpha Heavy Towing as a Tow Truck Driver in our West Gosford, NSW location. This full-time role is essential in providing dependable and efficient roadside assistance to our customers across the region. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will play a crucial part in the company's mission to get stranded vehicles back on the road safely and promptly.

What you'll be doing

Respond to callouts and provide roadside assistance for disabled or wrecked vehicles

Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to repair shops or storage facilities

Maintain detailed records of all service calls and vehicle recoveries

Provide exceptional customer service and act as an ambassador for the company

Ensure tow trucks are well-maintained and safely operated at all times

Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver efficient and reliable service

What we're looking for

A valid heavy vehicle driver's licence with a demonstrated safe driving history

Proven experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar heavy vehicle operation role

Knowledge of local roads and a strong sense of direction

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure

Good written and verbal communication skills

A team-oriented approach and a willingness to contribute to the wider business

Tow truck license preffered
