Join SHINE SA, a leading provider of sexual and reproductive health services, as our Project Manager, Workforce Scholarship and Training Coordination. This role focuses on developing and implementing an educational training package to support the development of a sexual and reproductive health calendar of education for general practices across regional and rural South Australia.

About the Role:
SHINE SA is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to coordinate a new sexual and reproductive health education initiative. This exciting project supports general practices and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) across regional and rural South Australia to deliver sustainable services, including long-acting reversible contraception (LARC), and STI testing and treatment.

As Project Manager, you’ll coordinate a state-wide calendar of training activities, promote SHINE SA’s offerings, manage training scholarships (including travel and accommodation), and facilitate rural education roadshows. You will also be responsible for monitoring project outcomes, overseeing the promotion of this training, and preparing timely reports for stakeholders and funders.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and collaborative individual with experience in project management—ideally in the health or not-for-profit sectors. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and working independently. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of inclusive practice are essential. Your ability to stay focused, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes will help ensure the success of this important initiative.
