About the role

Our client in the Landscape Construction industry is seeking an experienced and skilled Labourer to join their team in Bayswater North, VIC.

What you'll be doing

Performing a range of general labouring duties including material handling, site preparation, and driving trucks to and from site

Assisting skilled tradespeople and operators with the completion of construction and maintenance tasks

Operating a range of hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner

Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

Experience as a Construction or Landscape Labourer, or similar role within the construction industry

A valid HR (Heavy Rigid) truck licence is a must

A valid White Card

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices

Have own PPE: hi-vis clothing, steel toe boots and ear protection.

All successful candidates will need to provide/pass the following:

National police check

VicRoads traffic history report

Drug and alcohol screen
