We are seeking a full-time enthusiastic, pro-active Warehouse Dispatch Asst to join our team at Rocklea. This position is available for an efficient, motivated Assistant to undertake general Warehouse, office Admin & Dispatch duties in a small team, for an applicant that wants to further their Warehouse Office career. Training is provided as needed for the applicant.

Job Description includes

• Booking Transport
• Follow up Freight movements
• Plan and follow up with daily Delivery runs
• Pallet control
• General Freight Admin
• Loading and Unloading Freight
• Physically active role
• Forklift is required (assistance with license can be provided)
• Assist where required with stock replenishing (backup only)
• Assist where required with pick packing (backup only)

Profile of Successful Applicant

• Fast learner and willing to learn
• Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, handle fast moving environment
• Good eye for details and following instructions
• Self starter, independent worker once trained
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to start early in the day if required
• Will need own transport
• Full training can be provided for an applicant with the right attitude
• Experience in Warehouse environment will be an advantage
