The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work on a fulltime basis at our fast-paced kitchen, under the leadership of our Head Chef.

You'll be;

Assisting the Head Chef in planning and executing all food production and kitchen operations

Supervising and coordinating the kitchen team to ensure consistent and high-quality food preparation

Implementing and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

Developing new menu items and contributing to the overall culinary vision of the restaurant

Inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies

Providing training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff

Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service

We're looking for;

Proven Italian cuisine experience as a Sous Chef in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or a related field
