About the role

Join our dedicated team of automotive professionals as the Store Manager for our Goodyear Autocare store in Milton, Queensland. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service, while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staffing, and financial performance
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each customer's needs are met with professionalism and care
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of automotive technicians and sales associates
• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve store efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Collaborate with the regional management team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in financial management and inventory control
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in retail management or a related field
