Conscious Bodywork is looking for our amazing new team member.

We are a health clinic with a difference. Our focus is on delivering a unique and holistic bodywork approach incorporating massage, chiropractic, acupuncture and kinesiology.

As we are expanding rapidly, we require a bubbly and empathetic person to be present at front of house for reception duties.

The successful candidate will join with our current receptionist to help provide a seamless patient experience from their arrival, through their treatment and to their departure from the clinic. We seek to provide a nurturing and warm atmosphere in our clinic, so the successful candidate will have a personality that will enable them to add to this atmosphere.

Reception duties include taking phone calls, making patient bookings on our computer system, as well as taking patient payments. You will also be responsible for directing the patient flow within the clinic, and some light cleaning/tidying up may be required.

This is a casual position initially, with the possibility of a permanent position in the future.
