Experience in staff supervision, leadership, workplace health and safety, natural resource management, is required with strong demonstrated skills in visitor management and compliance are key requirements of this role. The successful applicant will require the ability to communicate clearly and maintain a positive and supportive approach within a team environment.

The Cooloola Recreation Area and Inskip Peninsula Recreation Area are high visitation areas where regular visitor compliance patrols are carried out and working on weekends and during school holidays are required.
