About the role

GO.FARM is looking to fill multiple full time Farm Hand roles across our cropping operations located in Lake Boga, VIC.

As a Farm Hand, you will assist with the execution and delivery of the farm operations with a dedicated focus and emphasis on delivering safe, high-quality and efficient outcomes. Specifically cultivating, spraying, sowing and ground preparation.

• Your driver’s license
• Your own transportation and accommodation
• An ability to work within a small team and unsupervised
• A safety-first mindset
• A willingness to ask questions, learn and improve
• Tractor experience preferred but not essential
