About the role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role at the front line of family support sitting within our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program, supporting the Loganholme area. You will lead a dynamic intake team responsible for handling high-volume referrals and setting the tone for every family's journey with us!
We’re looking for a strong, values-aligned leader with a calm head, adaptable attitude and fast learner with a love for helping others thrive – even in the trickiest moments.
Your day-to-day
- Lead and support a team of Service Support Coordinators managing 150+ weekly referrals for children under 9 with diagnosed disabilities.
- Guide your team to provide warm, accurate, and efficient first contact, ensuring all critical details are captured ahead of key meetings.
- Set the tone for quality and empathy in a high-pressure environment.
- Use your sharp data entry, triaging, and problem-solving skills to support smooth intake processes.
- Collaborate with your fellow Team Leader to foster a unified, respectful team culture.

Skills and Experience
- Proven Team Leader experience.
- Quick learning ability and a commitment to high personal and team standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to steer team culture positively.
- Strong administrative, tech and data entry skills – attention to detail is a must!
- Values-driven mindset, aligned with the purpose of supporting vulnerable children and families.
- Not For Profit or intake/triage experience highly regarded.
