- Multiple full time & part time positions available in surgical ward areas including General Surgery, Short Stay, Urology, Plastics & Vascular.
- Contracts are for 7 day rosters rotating across all shifts
About the Role
We are seeking a caring and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. In this role, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, supporting a safe and respectful environment that upholds the values of compassionate, evidence-based care. As you progress from novice to proficient practice, you will continue to build your clinical capability through experience and professional development.
While receiving guidance, you will remain accountable for your own nursing practice and ensure all delegated tasks are completed safely and responsibly. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive clinical setting and contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes across a diverse healthcare environment.
About You
You are a reliable and patient-focused Enrolled Nurse with a commitment to delivering safe and effective care within your scope of practice. With strong communication skills and sound clinical judgement, you work well in multidisciplinary environments and maintain high standards of care.
Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with an approved qualification in medication administration.
Experienced in delivering nursing care in accordance with professional standards in a healthcare setting.
Effective communicator with the ability to prioritise, recognise clinical changes, and provide person-centred care.
Knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse role, including relevant legislation, standards, and ethical codes of practice.
