About the Role

We’re seeking experienced High Ticket Sales Closers to join our EOFY campaign, converting a high volume of warm, marketing-generated leads into enrolments.

Key responsibilities:

Convert inbound and nurture leads (from social media campaigns and website enquiries)

Conduct discovery calls, understand student goals, and match them with the right training pathway

Close enrolments via phone, email, and SMS

Manage a strong follow-up pipeline and maintain accurate lead notes

Achieve and exceed daily/weekly conversion targets

What You’ll Need

Proven experience closing high ticket sales ($3K – $10K price point preferred)

Strong consultative phone sales skills – confident handling objections and guiding decisions

Experience working with CRM tools and lead pipelines

Excellent written communication for email and SMS follow-ups

A proactive and target-driven mindset

Background in education sales, RTOs, coaching, or course advisory roles is highly regarded (but not essential)
