About the Role

As our new Oral Health Therapist, you’ll work collaboratively with our dentists and support team to deliver high-quality hygiene, preventative, and restorative treatment in a space where your expertise is valued and your ideas are welcome.

This part-time role will be minimum 2 days (Monday & Friday) with the potential for more days for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing high-quality hygiene and preventative care to patients of all ages

Performing restorative treatments within your scope of practice. We want you to use your full scope!

Supporting patients through their clear aligner journey, including monitoring progress and assisting with treatment reviews

Taking comprehensive photo records and intraoral scans to support diagnosis and treatment planning

Educating patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventative habits in a way that’s clear, compassionate and easy to understand

Collaborating with the wider clinical team to coordinate care and deliver an exceptional patient experience

Building trust and rapport with patients through clear, compassionate communication

Contributing to a calm, efficient and positive team culture where everyone feels supported and valued

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Oral Health Therapist with current AHPRA registration

A can-do attitude and fun but professional demeanour

Confidence in both hygiene and restorative scopes (adults and/or children)

A calm, friendly manner with people of all backgrounds

A team-first attitude and a genuine love of dentistry
