Working in private practice is an exceptionally rewarding and challenging path. It requires thinking outside of the box, and being adaptable to the needs of your clients. That's why we want to talk to those people who are passionate about this area.

Some of the typical clients we work with include osteoporosis, arthritis, neurological cardiometabolic, Psychosocial disability, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy, and musculoskeletal disorders. The successful applicant will also be responsible to collaborate with our amazing team to create interdisciplinary team care plans for the clients of Rebound Health.

Your Responsibilities:

Providing face to face (and occasional) tele-support to clients in both a community and clinical setting

Providing exercise & behaviour change coaching to clients living with disability or chronic/complex conditions

Planning, implementing, and evaluating EP services for Rebound’s clients

Providing appropriately targeted education for clients, carers and staff as required

Communicating and working efficiently and collaboratively with the team to ensure best practice & integrated client care
