About the role

Hawkesbury Physiotherapy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team in Windsor, NSW. This full-time or part-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based exercise rehabilitation and lifestyle management programs.

Step right into an established Exercise Physiology mixed clinical load with gym facilities and hydrotherapy on site.

What you'll be doing

Assess clients' physical and functional capacities to develop individualised exercise programs

Deliver one-on-one exercise sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Educate clients on the importance of exercise and healthy lifestyle modifications

Maintain detailed client records and progress notes

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our exercise rehabilitation services

Deliver services to private patients, Medicare, SIRA/Workcover, DVA and NDIS participants.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology.

Registration with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Minimum 1 year experience working as an Exercise Physiologist, preferably in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to design effective rehabilitation programs

Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices in exercise physiology
