With a successful track record in urgent care operation, they’re now expanding and looking for an exceptional Urgent Care Nurse Leader to take ownership of a newly created, key leadership role.

• Work Closely with Doctors, PHNs, Reception, and the Regional Clinical Director | Be the go-to for clinical and operational expertise.
• Hands-on + Strategic – Approx. 2 days management, 3 days clinical on the floor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating operations, managing rosters, and leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Being present on the floor to support flow, quality care, and decision-making.
• Attending clinical engagement meetings with the PHN and broader clinical network.
• Creating a strong culture of teamwork and clinical excellence.
• Building synergy across shifts. Centre is open Mon-Sun.

The Right Fit Will Be:

• An experienced Senior RN/ANUM/CNE/CNS who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader who commands respect on the floor and knows how to influence with clinical rationale.
• Comfortable with balancing clinical hands-on work with operational leadership.
• Passionate about improving care delivery and confident in working alongside GPs and stakeholders.

Shift Pattern & Hours:
This role is typically Mon-Fri 8am-4pm/9am-5pm but there is an expectation to be open to work on seldom weekends to be across the full team. We want you to have a work life balance so flexibility is given throughout the week.
