Senior Full Stack Engineer – E-Commerce | Shopify Plus Expert | Node.js | React | API Integrations

A well-established digital agency is searching for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus and deep expertise in Shopify Plus to deliver high-impact commerce experiences. You’ll lead complex builds, architect robust solutions, and integrate third-party systems for some of the fastest-growing D2C and B2B brands.

What You'll Work On:

• Architect and build scalable backend systems powering high-performance e-commerce platforms
• Lead Shopify Plus development including custom apps, checkout customisation, and API integrations
• Develop and maintain modern frontend interfaces using React or Vue.js
• Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., inventory, shipping, ERP, POS)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver polished solutions

Ideal Experience:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience with a backend-heavy skill set (Node.js or similar)
• 5+ years’ experience with Shopify Plus, including deep familiarity with Liquid, custom apps, and Storefront APIs
• Strong skills in modern frontend development (React, Vue.js, or similar)
• Excellent grasp of e-commerce architecture, infrastructure, and system design
• Agency or client-facing experience is highly desirable – able to juggle multiple projects with changing priorities
