Who We’re Looking For

Can do Attitude, whatever it takes.

System-minded - You know how large-scale systems behave under pressure and what can go wrong – System design.

Curious polyglot - Comfortable in a mix of Python, Golang, Rust, C++, TypeScript

Frontend-capable: Strong with React, HTML /CSS Tailwind, and willing to use modern frameworks like Qwik, Svelte.

AI-native: comfortable with AI tooling like Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Replit.

Safe shipper: You know how to build and maintain safely — infrastructure as code, observability, edge coordination, and scale are familiar territory -DevSecOps with onus on “Sec” from day 1.

SysOps meets SRE: You have a strong foundation in traditional SysOps but think like an SRE — focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement. If you’re evolving toward AIOps and intelligent observability, even better.

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with any of the following

Machine learning: Experience with deep learning and transformers (PyTorch, Yolo , SSD, Multi Object tracking, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), MLOps frameworks (ClearML, MLflow, Kubeflow), hyperparameter tuning, LLM finetuning (LoRA), RAG, MCP, ONNX/TorchScript/TensorRT optimization, and tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Haystack, Ollama with a solid understanding of LLM API usage and integration.

Data science – Comfortable with Jupyter notebooks and building time series forecasting models (LSTM, Prophet), supervised and unsupervised learning, regression models, and reinforcement/reward-based models.

IoT Skills – Lorawan , Zigbee, NB-IoT, Zephyr modules, at least understanding on how they operate. Video compression / processing skills.

Mobile-native: Flutter, React Native or Ionic frameworks – having basic knowledge.

SRE experience - Prometheus, Grafana, Opentelementry, and log monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Loki or Datadog — with a focus on end-to-end metrics, tracing, and alerting across distributed systems.

Realtime streaming big data analytics - Kafka or Kinesis tuning, MQTT Brokers, Spark / Flink cluster / jobs. Distributed data lakes involving Postgres, Timescale, DynamoDB, S3 , Parquets, Blob storage, Athena, Superset analytics

Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments. We operate hybrid Kubernetes clusters with edge container orchestration, Istio service mesh, and full infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible This includes our A10 / A100 GPU clusters— with a strong emphasis on no-click ops and automation-first practices. GPU partitioning, profiling, clustering skills highly regarded.
