Campaign Delivery
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to key projects, events, and membership initiatives
- Create content that supports each stage of the member journey – from awareness and onboarding to retention and engagement
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand and messaging guidelines
Content Creation
- Write clear, compelling copy for newsletters, social media, brochures, web content, and collateral
- Produce weekly updates and targeted EDMs with segmented distribution and dynamic content
- Use templates to create visual assets for online platforms and events (using Canva or Adobe)
Email Marketing & Segmentation
- Build, schedule and send email campaigns via Mailchimp (or similar)
- Segment audience lists using CRM data to tailor messaging based on member profiles and activity
- Set up A/B tests and monitor campaign performance, applying insights to future activity
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the organisation’s LinkedIn presence through regular content, engagement and reporting
- Coordinate paid and organic campaigns to support event promotion and brand positioning
- Monitor community engagement and respond appropriately to comments and messages
Website and Digital Platforms
- Maintain and update the website and member portal with relevant content
- Upload event materials, videos, news articles and course information
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed and accessibility standards are met
Events and Course Marketing
- Partner with the Events and Workforce Development teams to develop promotional plans for conferences, webinars, and professional development courses
- Create pre- and post-event communications, track registration conversions, and support onboarding for new attendees
- Maintain course information across platforms and respond to general enquiries
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Use platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn analytics to report on campaign performance
- Present insights and recommendations that contribute to ongoing marketing effectiveness
- Maintain an organised marketing schedule and coordinate inbound marketing requests
About you:
You’re a naturally curious marketer who’s always looking for ways to do things better. You’re hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership of your work. You enjoy diving into the detail of a CRM to understand your audience and get genuine satisfaction from creating campaigns that deliver results.
You’ll also bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role
- Confidence in content writing and creating assets for email and social
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor)
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic SEO principles
- Skills in segmenting audiences and tailoring content to different needs
- A collaborative working style and strong attention to detail

Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
