About the role

We are looking for an qualified experienced HVAC&R Technician who displays solid leadership & organisation skills to be hands on & excellent customer service skills.

Represent the Company maintaining the high standard set by the Managing Director and Team.

Varied work involved in the install of various HVAC&R systems (Ducted packaged/split systems), service jobs, on-going preventative maintenance & mentor apprentices.

Skills and experience

• AC qualifications, with a solid background of experience in various work types
• Leadership skills
• Working knowledge of OH&S
• ARCtick licence
• EnergySafe Licence
• Whitecard
• Current full Drivers' licence
• Be able to work overtime when required
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable with a good work ethic and sound customer relations
• Uniforms and PPE provided
• The ability to travel across the Melbourne Metro region (Work van supplied)
• VBA Compliance Certificate for Natural Gas is desirable
• Certificate II in split Air-conditioning, Ducted and Heat Pump is desirable
