Scope and responsibilities of position available:
- Training of apprentices, and managing your own work flows
- Repairs, maintenance & attendance to emergency works as required
- Working with management to ensure day to day tasks are completed

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HVAC technician to work on a wide variety of industrial and commercial based contracts. (previous quoting experience is preferred).

To be considered for this position the characteristics you require are:
- High level of enthusiasm
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong service ethic towards building tenants and clients
- Professional personal presentation at all times
- Have at least 5 years' experience as a qualified technician
- Be able to follow procedures and compliance testing
- Knowledge of essential services measures
- Basic fire testing skills an advantage
- Flexibility in attitude towards any job required

Requirements:
- ARC licence
- D grade electrical license
- VBA license
- Current drivers licence
- Current construction industry Red / White card
- Strong understanding of OHS
