The Role

This newly created Accounts Assistant/Graduate Accountant style position offers broad exposure across the finance function, with a key focus on accounts receivable (70%), along with additional responsibilities in AP and month-end support.

Process accounts receivable transactions, including receipting, allocations, and billing support

Perform daily cash management and bank reconciliations

Assist with data entry and processing of accounts payable invoices

Support the finance team with month-end activities, including the preparation of journals and reconciliations

Contribute to tax lodgements and other compliance tasks

Assist with payroll data entry and reporting

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Assistant position, you will have:

Degree in Accounting or Finance

Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Unlimited working rights (PR or Citizenship is preferred)

Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
