To be successful you must have:

• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate level of warehouse system knowledge (training provided)
• Demonstrated experience working in warehouse operations (returns department an advantage)
• Ability to conduct manual handling duties
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• An excellent attitude, be highly motivated and results driven
• Forklift licence (LF minimum)

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Ensure high level of "Quality Assurance" is maintained and delivered
• Track and document returned stock accurately
• Assess goods for defects, refurbishment, or disposal
• Assembly of new product / conducting manual handling
• Manage receipt, inspection and processing of returned and damaged goods
• General warehouse and forklift operation
