This is your chance to get your foot in the door and gain hands-on experience with an experienced safety team on a real residential construction site.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Safety Cadet, you’ll work directly under the HSEQ Manager and support the site team with the day-to-day running of all things safety. This role is ideal for someone who is new to the industry, studying, or ready to take the first step into WHS.

Your tasks will include:

Walking the site daily to check for safe work practices

Helping run toolbox talks and pre-start meetings

Supporting safety inspections and spot checks

Assisting with incident reporting and paperwork

Talking with workers on-site to keep safety front of mind

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who’s passionate about health and safety and eager to learn

A Certificate IV in WHS – or someone willing to start one

A great communicator who’s confident working with different people

Positive attitude, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
