Be a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, ideally in hospitality or retail.

A confident people manager and a leader with exceptional communication skills

Be skilled in managing the day-to-day hustle of a busy, high-revenue venue.

Be confident with numbers and planning, including budgets, rosters, and staffing levels.

Have hands-on experience with inventory management to proactively manage stock and keep operations running smoothly.

Be a natural coach who loves training and onboarding teams to be their best.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you’ll:

Motivate, inspire and energise your team through leading by example to go above and beyond for all our customers

Support and grow your team by identifying individual training needs and provide development opportunities.

Oversee the venue’s financial and operational performance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively and achieves set targets.

Be the driving force behind opportunities to maximise transactions and sales
