We’re on the lookout for a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to join our growing team and take the lead in operating our state-of-the-art Trumpf CNC press brake machines. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for precision, and thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Two shifts are available:

Day Shift

Afternoon Shift (includes a 15% loading on top of the base rate)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate Trumpf CNC press brake machines to accurately bend and form sheet metal components.

Set up tooling, load programs, and run test bends to ensure machine accuracy.

Read and interpret technical drawings, job sheets, and bend allowances.

Conduct quality checks on finished components to ensure they meet exact specifications.

Collaborate with the production team to hit daily output goals and maintain workflow.

Keep your workstation clean, organised, and compliant with all WHS safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid hands-on experience with CNC press brake operation (Trumpf experience highly regarded).

Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques, materials, and tolerances.

Confident in reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings.

High attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.

A proactive team player who communicates well and works efficiently.

Dependable, punctual, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
