Mocka is an Australian/ New Zealand online furniture business that has taken pride in delivering trend-led, affordable, furniture and decor over the last 16 years.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our growing team. You’ll be the go-to person for capturing and styling our products for a variety of content formats—from clean eCommerce product photography to high-energy social media reels.

This role will be varied and cover all aspects of creative production from initial shoot planning, logistics to set prep, styling, photography and online video, to photo & video editing.

Please Note: This is a physical role, working with furniture and on photoshoot sets. You will be expected to style, set build and safely move furniture items. This role is a full-time position based in East Brisbane, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and plan logistics for ecommerce photoshoots in studio.

Research interior, colour & social trends.

Photoshoot preparation, including prop sourcing.

Planning video capture for campaign & ranges, and major promotional events

Styling and set build for photoshoots in studio and on location.

Product photography for website

Edit and retouch stills for all digital platforms, adhering to brand style guides.

Adhering to brand style guides.

Effective and regular communication with key stakeholders and agency partners

File management, archiving and time management to ensure product imagery and assets are captured and meet all deadlines.

Capturing product videos, social reels, BTS and EGC content with some on-camera speaking

Social video and product video editing and re-sizing

Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Creative teams on key marketing initiatives and product launch strategies.

Coordinate the studio space and maintain a clean and functional workspace.

Assist the Creative Lead as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

A passion for design, furniture and homewares with a keen awareness of interior trends.

A strong understanding of social media and the digital landscape.

Good knowledge of Adobe creative suite: Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign and (ideally) experience with Phase One Capture One.

Experience with (Canon) DSLR camera and (Bron) professional lighting equipment.

A strong sense of aesthetic and eye for composition.

High attention to detail and effective communicator.

Comfortable creating social video and appearing on camera.

The ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

Great to have:

Certification in Interior Design, Photography or Content Creation (Videography)

A strong understanding of social media and the digital landscape.

Good knowledge of Canva editing tools
