Dental Assistant Job

Location: Diggers Rest Dental Practice, 2 Farm Road Diggers Rest VIC 3427

Job Type: Casual Award and above the award depending on experience

Expected Schedule: Up to five days a week

Practice Hours:

Monday to Friday - 12:00pm-7:00pm

Saturday - 9:00am-2:00pm

About the Practice:

Our Dental Facility is located inside Diggers Rest Medical Centre which provides medical care, allied health, pathology, pharmacy and dental services.

We seek an enthusiastic and proficient Dental Nurse who is competent to work alongside a General Dentist with over 19 years experience in Melbourne dental clinics and an Oral Health Therapist with over 20 years of experience in Victorian dental practices. This role requires a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Role Requirements:

- Certificate III, certificate IV or at least 2 years of experience in dental assisting

- Good reception & administration skills

- Flexibility in working hours

- Uphold strict Australian Infection Control Guidelines

- Experience with the D4W Software is preferable

- Must have a Working With Children Check, a current Police Check, and Immunisation Certificate

- Must have a car that is constantly available
