HVAC Air Conditioning Service Technician

About the role:

Due to the growth of the team, we are looking for a HVAC Service Technician to assist with our fast-growing Service Department.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for performing technical work on HVAC equipment including preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and quoted works. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a wealth of knowledge in the HVAC industry.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following attributes:

• Sound technical knowledge of Air conditioning systems including Central Plant.
• Ability to work autonomously, build strong client relationships and take control of site operations.
• Demonstrated exposure and ability to manage contractors.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to organise workload and prioritise accordingly.
• Safety-conscious, with a detailed knowledge of WHS standards.
• Excellent communication skills.

You must possess the following:

• Trade certification (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning).
• Restricted Electrical Licence and Full ARC licence.
• Current driver’s license.
• Currently reside in Australia with full rights to work in Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-volume environment.
• Experience working autonomously.
• Be fully vaccinated.
