What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the rollout of strategic marketing plans for residential communities.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams, agency partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinating the production of marketing collateral—from digital assets to on-site signage.
• Managing digital campaigns across social media, Google, property portals, and more.
• Ensuring every launch is on-brand, on-time, and aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3+ years of experience in residential property marketing or agency-side work.
• A strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), CMS platforms, and basic Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality, customer-centric marketing.
