The Role

Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, high-achieving real estate office? Our client is seeking a dynamic Operations/Administration Coordinator to be the backbone of their thriving agency. This is a rare opportunity to work with an elite team and directly support a driven Director who values innovation, efficiency, and people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily running of the business. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations and team coordination – it’s a people-focused role!
  • Staff onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Monitoring team performance and implementing development plans
  • Leading compliance and policy management
  • Managing internal systems, software, and database tools
  • Organising team meetings, events, and social functions
  • Supporting the Director and leadership team in strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in real estate operations, office management, or a similar role
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • A confident, organised, and proactive professional who thrives in a leadership support role
  • Strong communication and people skills – you’ll be the go-to person in the office
