The ideal candidate would have a great attitude and take pride in their work. We focus more on quality and less on time frames. Working directly for the builder we look for a job done right the first time, not one finished a day early which needs a re-work later.

Requirements to be successful in the role:

• Minimum 2-4 years post apprenticeship experience
• Experience working within insurance repairs
• High quality workmanship and skill base
• Have your own reliable trade vehicle and hold full drivers licence
• Have all required tools
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• Ability to identify defects that may affect the quality of your finished product.
• High level of attention to detail
• Enjoy what you do and be motivated and enthusiastic about your work
• Ability to use own initiative and prioritise tasks and time
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a good work ethic and always be punctual
• Be neat in presentation and possess good people skills
