About the role

We are seeking a skilled Structural Landscaper, or similar tradesperson, to join our team and take on a variety of exciting and challenging projects. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and installing a range of hardscape and softscape landscaping features, including:

Retaining walls

Raised garden beds

Decking

Paving and turf installation

Key Responsibilities:

Construct and install retaining walls, raised garden beds, and decking

Lay paving and install turf as required

Work with a variety of materials, including timber, brick, concrete, and stone

Complete all work to a high standard of quality, with attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Follow all safety procedures and ensure safe use and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and machinery

Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget

Uphold our core values of Safety, Quality, and Productivity in all aspects of work

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Travel to job sites across Brisbane as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience in structural landscaping or similar construction roles

Qualifications in Landscaping, Horticulture, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plumbing, or a related field are preferred

Experience in working with timber, brick, stone, and other landscaping materials

Strong knowledge of construction and installation techniques for outdoor structures

A high level of personal pride in your work, with a commitment to doing the job right the first time

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedure, including implementing appropriate control measures

Valid driver’s license
