We’re looking for a warm and collaborative Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor to lead our Uniting Bunyarra Early Learning team. This is your opportunity to step into a supportive, purpose-led environment where relationships, well-being and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Your Impact as Centre Director
As Nominated Supervisor, you’ll lead with heart and vision to ensure children, families, and staff feel supported and inspired.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team
- Fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with NQF standards
- Championing wellbeing, WH&S, and best practices
- Connecting with local community services and networks
Who We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking a confident and caring leader who brings both experience and passion.
- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching degree (or Diploma with Nominated Supervisor experience)
- Excellent understanding of NQS, EYLF, and early childhood pedagogy
- Experience leading a team or centre
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A commitment to inclusive, values-based leadership
