Pay levels, pending experience and client load:

Retainer: $37.87 - $46.67 per hour, plus super, entitlements and PD allowance

After Bonus: Typical range is $50 - $70 per hour equivalent, plus super, entitlements and PD allowance

Commission Percentages:

45.04% - 51.95% comparison rate / including entitlements

38% - 42% plus super, entitlements and PD allowance

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a physiotherapist—either newly graduated or experienced—to join our team at Movehappy Healthcare.

This role offers a supportive start to your career or a grounded, sustainable setting if you’re returning to or continuing in private practice. With structured onboarding, regular mentoring, and a manageable caseload, you’ll have the time and support to do your job well - and enjoy it.

What You’ll Do

Manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload, with opportunities to develop areas of interest

Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based care—no overlapping appointments

Work closely with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Participate in weekly mentoring and ongoing clinical development

Communicate clearly with GPs, specialists, and other referrers

Build your confidence and capability with structured support

About You

AHPRA-registered (or soon-to-be) Physiotherapist
