Stride Physiotherapy is a dynamic and innovative clinic dedicated to providing our patients with the highest quality care. We seek a motivated physiotherapist to join our team and help us deliver outstanding patient care. Whilst we prefer candidates to have one to two years of experience in a private or public setting, new graduates are welcome to apply.

Expand your skills across a diverse clinical caseload, including musculoskeletal problems, sporting injuries and orthopaedic rehabilitation. A small yet busy practice in the Tuggeranong region of Canberra, Stride Physiotherapy is a well-respected practice in the community with established links to local GP networks, rehabilitation providers, orthopaedic specialists, and sporting organisations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions to develop individualised treatment plans.

Administer and oversee therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical interventions.

Educate patients on injury prevention and management strategies.

Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.

Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and treatment techniques.

Contribute to the growth and development of the clinic through participation in marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Minimum of 1 year experience as a physiotherapist (preferable but not essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience in exercise prescription is desirable but not essential.
