Payroll Officer / Payroll Specialist Positions – SAP | SuccessFactors | Hybrid – Location: East Melbourne

An opportunity to join a high-volume, fast-paced payroll team within a major national transport business. Based in East Melbourne with flexible hybrid working, this role offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment using SAP and SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for a large, complex employee base
• Ensure compliance with EAs, awards and legislative requirements
• Maintain employee records, leave accruals and time data
• Respond to payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions
• Large Payroll team
• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations and EOFY processes

About You:

• 4 + years' experience in high-volume payroll processing
• Exposure to SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation and EA interpretation
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven team environment
