A great opportunity has become available to join the front of house facilities division within the Sydney CBD location. Based in stunning offices, real career progress is available for the right candidate.
A proactive and can do approach is essential for success in this role.
This position would suit someone used to working within a busy environment, who is also tech savvy.
Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front of house area.
- Liaise with building management when required and escalate any issues and organisation of repairs.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- AV set up for meetings, trouble shooting any issues.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and tidied before and after meetings.
- Send communications to the wider business.
- Answering of incoming calls as required.
- Checking in of visitors.
- Coordination of onboarding of new starters.
- Induction of new starters.
- Manage OH&S.
- Organisation of couriers.
- Ordering of office supplies.
- Ensuring the kitchen is kept tidy
- General administrative tasks.
About You
To be successful within this position, you will:
- Possess a proactive style and work off your own initiative, pre-empting what needs to be done and when.
- Confident in your communication skills, including written communication.
- Adaptable to ever changing situations.
- A natural problem solver and trouble shooter.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Confident in dealing with high profile executives.
- You will be comfortable working in a busy ever changing environment.
- Posses excellent time management skills.
- Have experience working within a busy administrative role.
- Build rapport with ease.
