Location: Chadstone | Full-Time | $55,000-$57,000 + Super + Commission

We are seeking a dedicated and polished Client Advisor to join a high-performing retail team. You will play a key role in delivering an elevated in-store experience that reflects craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless style.

About the Role

As a Client Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will act as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering personalised styling advice and driving boutique sales through your attention to detail and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, professional, and tailored service to every client

Build and nurture long-term client relationships using CRM tools

Provide styling advice and communicate brand stories with passion and confidence

Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

Assist with store operations, stock control, visual merchandising, and client outreach

Uphold luxury service standards and boutique presentation at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end client service is highly preferred

Strong CRM and clienteling skills, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Well-presented, confident, and passionate about fashion and design

A valid and legitimate work permit with the intent for long-term employment in Australia
