Assist in a major finance system architecture overhaul!
As the Finance Systems BA, you'll be the key liaison between finance stakeholders, Salesforce and TM1 developers and a technical data capability team.

THE ROLE -

Projects you'll be involved with will include (but not be limited to!)

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and operational teams to define and document system requirements and process improvements as needed.
• Identify opportunities to optimize enterprise business systems – including financial systems, operational systems, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools.
• Improving Data ingestion model for TM1.
• Salesforce ERP system enhancement.
• Assist Finance in developing a FX rules capability to allow users and prospective buyers to review financials in various currencies as required.
• Use qualitative and data-driven approaches to analyse business practices and system usage and identify areas for enhancement.
• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including functional need, technical approaches, data mapping, and data dictionaries.
• Improving Budgeting Forecasting and Scenario Modelling Capability.
• Migration of transactional architecture from TM1 to a Datawarehouse architecture (Databricks / Data lake).

YOU -

• Extensive experience as a Finance Systems Business Analyst working with Finance systems / CRM / ERP.
• A strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Work with Finance team in designing, developing, and optimizing cubes, processes, and rules, as well as managing data integrations.
• You're proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• You'll also have a solid background in system design, database management, and a keen eye for detail, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
