The Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact Finance Manager role with visibility across group operations, investments, and executive leadership.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering timely and accurate monthly management reports and financial accounts
• Overseeing group-wide cashflow and working capital management
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process
• Coordinating audit, tax, compliance, and year-end processes
• Managing relationships with banking partners and external advisors
• Driving process and systems improvement
• Mentoring and leading a small finance team

Skills and Experience Required

You are CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years in a senior accounting role.

You thrive in fast-paced environments where structures are evolving, and you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

Prior property sector experience, or Audit experience with Property clients, highly regarded.

You bring:

• Excellent attention to detail
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with senior executives and external stakeholders
