Join Us On the Tools

We’re looking for two full-time Qualified Carpenters to join the team in Bundaberg, QLD.

You’ll report directly to the boss and be right in the mix—working on high-quality custom homes around the local area.

Your First Weeks and How We Help You Get Settled

You won’t be left to figure things out on your own. Early on, you’ll work alongside one of our senior team members who’ll show you how we do things—everything from the jobsite to using our project system. It’s a quick start, but there’s solid support.

Your role will include:

Doing all-round carpentry on custom home builds

Reading and working from plans

Handling tools, gear, and equipment safely and confidently

Travelling to local job sites (usually within 30-40 mins max)

Working closely with a small, tight crew

Sticking to WHS and building standards

The Right Fit for the Team

To get started, you’ll need a Certificate III in Carpentry, plus your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a current Driver’s Licence.

We’re also keen on people with:

Experience building homes (custom builds are a plus)

The ability to work solo or as part of a team

A solid work ethic—someone who shows up and gets it done

A willingness to pitch in and learn new things

Good communication and attitude

The right person for this job is self-motivated, easy to get along with, honest, and hands-on. No passengers here—just dependable crew who look out for each other and take pride in a job well done.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 - $113,000 depending what what you bring to the table, plus:
